Audition Requirements
Dancers desired skill set: Gaga, Contemporary Ballet, Contemporary Dance, 4+ years of experience.
Auditions will be held at LaGuardia Performing Arts Center (Mainstage Theatre) from 11am to 2pm followed by call backs the same day from 3pm to 4:30pm.
FAUVE - Performance Overview
This performance examines the commonality of depression and suicide for those both on and off the Autism Spectrum, and how this pain can be transformed to make the world around us more beautiful than how we found it. The work offers an interpretation as only an Autistic viewpoint can provide, and the dancers will represent this by leaving behind a physical representation of what holds them back from happiness.
