NYFAF 2023 - Virtual Discussion
During the COVID-19 pandemic, NYFAF organized three successful virtual screenings and expanded its audience worldwide. Following the success of the virtual events, NYFAF will offer a free screening of two films from April 25- May 2, followed by a virtual discussion with invited experts on Tuesday, May 2 @ 9:30 AM EST (virtual).

Set in Azrou, a small Amazigh village in southern Tunisia, the film traces the historical and social changes of the village through several dwellers’ testimonials collected over the last ten years. Azrou is not simply a mountainous village in the film but a collection of memories that link the past, present, and future of Tunisian Imazighen.
